Day Trips to The Island of Samos Greece!07 November 2008 Whilst in Kusadasi marina / port area you can take various boat trips to secluded beaches around Kusadasi area. Or if you fancy a great day trip to Greece you can take the ferry to Samos the Greek Island just off the coast (don't forget your passport though).
Samos is a rather large Greek island located in the northeastern part of the Aegean sea. It's a very lush, green and beautiful island full of gorgeous beaches. Although Samos has several fine archaeological sites such as the temple of Hera, the island is most famous for excellent beaches and abundant opportunities for walking, mountain biking and windsurfing. You can buy tickets near Kusadasi Tourist Information Centre at the port. The ferry leaves Kusadasi in the morning and returns back in the afternoon.
