If you are more of a day tripper, there are many excursions from Kusadasi for fabulous day trips. You can visit neighbouring towns sich as Bodrum, Izmir, Aydin, Altinkum, Didim etc or there are trips further around Turkey to places such as Istanbul and Dalyan. Whilst in Kusadasi harbour a visit to Pigeon Island is also a must for a light beverage and to take in the wonderful panoramic Kusadasi mountain & sea view. Also from Kusadasi harbour area you can take boat trips to various secluded Turkish beaches in the area and often a barbecue is included. Or if you fancy you can take a trip to Greece for the day on a boat trip to the Greek island Samos (don’t forget your passport).
Then after your day excursions you can find plenty of Turkish nightlife in Kusadasi town, with various bars, clubs and restaurants providing mouth watering Turkish cuisine, after all how could you visit Turkey without having an authentic Turkish kebab?
Kusadasi town also provides perfect shopping! A walk around “Kusadasi Grand Bazaar” is also a must as you can purchase local produce such as rugs, bags, Turkish apple tea, Turkish Delight etc. etc.
