On the ground floor you will find a large open plan lounge that connects to the kitchen via a breakfast bar and opens out onto the terrace through two 'french windows'. These provide access to the built-in BBQ and outside patio area. Also on the ground floor there is a small toilet with a wash basin.

The master bedroom (a double) is on the 1st floor.

The 1st floor of the villa also has another double bedroom and a twin room. The doubles both have balconies, leaving the twin room more suitable for young children. There is also a large shower room with a toilet and wash basin.

Outside, the large terrace/patio has a table and chairs, as well as a brick BBQ area with sink. The terrace is surrounded on three sides by a pretty garden area and at the back of the villa there is a park and basketball court.

Within walking distance of the villa, there is a market, butchers, a wide array of shops, cafes and restaurants plus a children's play area.

The bus service around Kusadasi is excellent and remarkably good value. From the main road (approximately 400 metres away) you can pick up a dolmus that will take you to various attractions including Ephesus, water-parks, various beaches, the cinema, a karting track, the supermarket, and Kusadasi centre which is approximately 10-15 minutes away (for some attractions you may need to change Dolmus in Kusadasi centre).
